We can design and build to suit your needs and preferences. We can build from your set of plans or have a set of plans drawn for you.

We are one of few contractors in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area with years of experience in constructing energy efficient buildings made from Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). SIPs can reduce energy usage by 30 to 60 percent. We have built  SIP structures since 1985.

For us to build your home, you will need to have these three things:
  • Land
  • Plans (we can help here)
  • Financing (pre-approval from a financial institution is sufficient)

There will be many other items that can be decided on after the above items are in place.
